ObPortum's Career Search and Advancement Series is a four-part live workshop program for professionals in transition and designed around the premise that a search succeeds on strategy and stamina together, not one at the expense of the other.
Workshop Three: Building a Functional Network
Networking works when it's specific, not when it's a stack of business cards. This session provides a practical method for identifying the right people, starting real conversations, and turning those conversations into leads. No cold-pitch scripts. Just a repeatable way to build relationships that move a search forward.
Who it's for:
Professionals in active transition, leaders re-entering the market after a long tenure, and anyone whose search has stalled despite doing the obvious things. The series works as a full arc, and each session also stands on its own.
